Called at 1030 am for a wash and cut to get all the dead blonde hair off of my ends and they squeezed me in at 11am and did way better than I expected for a quick last minute cut. My hair looks great and healthy and the stylist was the sweetest. Her name is Abagail and I throughly enjoyed chatting with her. Very welcoming and pleasant. I walked out of that salon feeling great. This was our first time at Olivia Lane. The salon is clean and welcoming. Abby was our stylist and she’s amazing. She made our visit. My daughter has very thick, curly hair. Abby is a newer stylist who values her clients experience. She didn’t hesitate to seek guidance from a more experienced stylist when needed but generally handle the cut with skill and confidence.
