Some days your hair just hits a wall. Dryness, breakage, color damage, months of heat styling, it adds up, and a regular deep conditioner isn't always enough to pull things back.
The Emergency 911 Treatment is a concentrated, professional-grade service built for hair that needs real attention. Your stylist takes a close look at what's going on first, then applies a targeted formula designed to work inside the strand, rebuilding moisture and strength where the damage actually lives. Hair that felt rough and unmanageable coming in tends to feel noticeably softer and more cooperative by the time you're in the chair for the finish.
It works well as a standalone service and pairs naturally with color appointments when your hair needs a little extra support going in or coming out. If your hair has been feeling more brittle than usual, or products at home just stopped working the way they used to, this is a good place to start.
Before your appointment
- Come in with dry hair if you can, so your stylist can see exactly what they're working with before the treatment begins
- Skip any heavy oils or serums that morning, a clean slate helps the treatment absorb the way it should
- Let us know upfront about any chemical services you've had recently, color, relaxers, or keratin, so we can adjust the formula for your hair
Keeping the result
- Hold off on washing your hair for at least a day or two to give the treatment time to fully set in
- Use a sulfate-free shampoo and a good conditioner going forward, your hair will hold onto moisture a lot better that way
- Minimize heat styling for the first few days, and when you do use heat, keep a protectant between the tool and your hair
- If your hair is still feeling rough or uneven after a week, come back in and we'll take another look

Now that you know the shape of the appointment, the easiest next step is to put a date on the calendar. We confirm the final plan at consultation.
